I never have issues when I go in and order but I’ve ordered through DoorDash twice with them and both times they’ve gotten my order wrong. The first time I went in for a remake because they got 3 out of 6 sandwiches wrong. I was understanding since it was a large order and they did great remaking the sandwiches. However, the second time I only ordered two sandwiches and they just made two of the same sandwich instead of making mine. I was home with a migraine, kids, and my husband was working late so understandably I wasn’t trying to leave the house! I went to the store once my husband came home, explained that I needed a remake and that I was going to wait outside since the bright lights were affecting my migraine. I checked my remake when they were done and they still got the bread wrong, but at least the toppings were right this time. I wasn’t going to ask for a remake OF MY REMAKE as I was just done with the whole ordeal. I do not recommend ordering from this location!!!
