  Friday 26 Dec 2025 around 1:50pm I really don’t appreciate getting charged .75 for cheese to go with my pretzel AFTER the fact. I have ordered it a thousand times and today they try to tell me that it was .75 Ok no problem here you go .75. Went back on app to order another pretzel and added cheese and lo and behold what do you know…. FREE cheese (if asked) I called the car hop girl back over to my car and said see I just wanted to show you I’m not crazy. It’s supposed to be free. Now yea if you ask for extra cheese than it cost. 🤦🏽‍♀️ just absolutely unreal and unacceptable but it’s I hope you enjoyed your extra .75 you made me pay. And not the car hops fault, it’s the manager inside that told her to tell me that. Do better sonic. Well it’s not letting me post a picture, but I screen shotted where it says FREE.

  Sonic Drive-In has quickly become one of my favorite go-to spots, and every visit just reminds me why. From the moment you pull into the drive-in, everything feels smooth and easy. The ordering system is fast, the menu is clear, and the staff is always ready to help with a great attitude. They’re friendly, respectful, and consistently attentive, which makes the experience way better than your average fast-food stop. The food is always served hot and fresh. The burgers are flavorful, the tater tots are perfectly crispy, and the drinks are honestly some of the best you can get anywhere. Their slushes and customized drinks are a huge highlight, and it feels like there’s always something new to try. I appreciate that the quality stays consistent even during busy hours, which says a lot about how well the team works together. Service is another strong point here. The employees bring out the food quickly, and they always check if you need anything else before heading back. Even small things like extra napkins or sauces are given with a smile. It’s clear that they take pride in keeping customers happy, and it really shows. Overall, Sonic Drive-In is the perfect mix of good food, fast service, and great customer care. Whether you’re stopping for a quick drink, a full meal, or just craving something different, it’s always a satisfying visit. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to and recommending to others!

  Barely any salt on pretzel , no cheese with pretzel anymore, drinks were wrong. Car hop was good. 2nd person that came out wasn't sure about new policies. Won't be back

  Just left from up there and they played with my food. Didn't put hardly any chilli on my footlong and sprinkled just the top of my blast with candy. Just a bunch of vanilla shake with a $3 upcharge.
