  All around horrible experience. We ordered pizza to enjoy after a long week of work. Just for a over cooked crap pizza that tasted stale with hardly any sauce on it. Pepperoni were dry and old tasting, the little sauce on it tasted old. Don't get me started on the chicken balls they call boneless wings. We all know how expensive wings are right now so nothing is more disappointing when you recieve chicken balls the size of quarter swimming in a watery sauce soup. Yummy!? Tried to get a refund but was directed to there chat to which they forwarded the information over. It took 6 days to get a response and the regional manager decided to give me a $40 dollar credit that I did not ask for, I requested my money back. So now that I have declined that offer I will see my money in 7-10 days by mail in the form of a check instead of just reversing my payment. Pizza hut has fallen from the grace it was once placed in and the chain just needs to be buried. Crap food. Crap service. Crap company. Save your money, time, dignity and just go somewhere else.

  Gave me complete wrong order no drink no bread sticks and no cinnamon sticks wrong toppings and said they cant remake it or do anything about it just said call corporate

  Have anyone else been forced logged out of the Pizza Hut account just to lose all their points in the app? This has happened now twice and I’ve emailed about it and no communication back.
