The girl at the window continued to try to argue about for so long I pulled around front and went inside to speak with a manager, the manager walked up asked if I had been helped and never came back(went to fry station and stayed) about 5-10 mins later another employee finally approached and helped with what I was asking for. Behind the counter in the kitchen was absolutely filthy and the health department should be called at that point I didn’t even trust eating the food I had ordered I left and will never be back.. don’t go to this location it’s not worth the time or energy and the service is awful.

Took well over a minute for me to even get an employees attention and if I had not getting their attention, they would have continued to ignore me. They told me they had to put more food on the grill. I know it’s a holiday and they are busy, but if they can service the drive through line in a timely manner, they should service all of their orders that way. Cars just pulling up in the drive through were getting their food before me. This is not the first time this has happened to me which is why I am so upset.
