  I love just yo the road from this location but they don’t offer delivery to my neighborhood. It a literal 3 minute drive. Is this a glitch or something ??

  I’ve had a few good subs here! I used to work at a different location and know the policy and processes. This location was out of bread, no biggie it happens. Employee was very slow and not very understanding about it though, had chemicals openly on the counter and upon opening our food found the lettuce was dirty? It obviously hadn’t been washed like it should. I wouldn’t eat at this location again.

  Food was ready at 3:59pm been sitting in drive thru for 10mins no body came to the speaker mind you drive thru is empty and there no cars parked out front don’t know where any of the employees are ! Had to leave my kids in the car and going an see what the issue and they were just standing there

  With no cars in the drive thru, took 10 minutes to even take my order then sat at the window for almost 20 waiting for my food. I have never been to a slower JJ’s
