When did the register people scanning your items stop bagging them? The lady wouldn’t even touch the groceries to bag them…. Just scanned them through and just looked at me after I paid. Super weird. I went through the 15 items or less. With less than 10 items. VANESSA W. I hope your management has some words with you, this is just LAZY

H-E-B is hands down the best grocery store in Central Texas. Great selection, good prices, clean stores, and employees who actually help you — which apparently is still not enough for the professional complainers of the world. I had a good laugh reading some of the negative reviews! The levels of outrage over the smallest, most trivial things are honestly hilarious 😂

HEB will always be the best when it comes to selection, freshness, price and friendliness. However, their curbside service needs some work. I'm not sure it happens when they are too busy or the people they have working but almost every ordered I've placed in the last month ir two, has an item missing. Usually it's small things I can just except a refund but items like a bag of talapia or Dove all body spray are expensive and items I'd like to have, not refunded. I was that person who thought curbside was unnecessary and that no one could pick your groceries like you can...well I'm going back to that mindset bc I have yet to hear from customer service regarding the latest saga of the missing item. There has to be a system in place that can show if the employee picked all of the items in the order and then someone check that they are placing the items in the correct customer's bag. They say don't get out of the car but if I'm feeling well next time, I'm conducting a full on inventory. Prices too high to be missing items and are still charged for them.

I usually love shopping at H-E-B, but my visit this Monday night was a nightmare thanks to the management. We spent a long time shopping for the week, ringing up about $160.00 in groceries. When we got to the register, the card reader was acting up. Instead of helping us, the lady manager on duty Monday night refused to allow a manual entry of the card, even though we had the card and ID right there. There was no flexibility or attempt to help us resolve the issue. We had to leave all $160 worth of food behind. It was humiliating and completely unnecessary. Management needs to be retrained on how to handle simple register issues without punishing loyal customers.

My cashier was rude to me b3cause I like my grocery a certain way when they put it in the bag, and she hurried and threw raw salmon in the same bag with the spring rolls from the sushi section and I asked her if she could put the salmon in a different bag because they do not go together, cross contamination. She threw it in a new bag but gave me attitude, which made me feel as if I was being a burden... no goodbye have a nice day, just rudeness. Vanessa W. 013658
