Self pay had a minimum of 15 people waiting in line, only 6 manned registers open. Of course the 15 or less registers were taking folks with 20-30+ items... yes I counted, i finally left the line after a Customer with an overage dropped guacamole on the floor, didn't want to step in that mess. The regular Lines was actually faster. Stop using GMOs, genetically altered garbage in your heb/hill country bakery items, especially when the garbage is supposed to be organic!!! It was payday!!! HEB do better, hire more people to work the registers on paydays. And stop poisoning us.

Selection of pre-made grab-n- go items, produce, deli, some kitchen items, plenty of box food items, meats, fish, dairy, eggs, frozen food section in center of the store. Its best to dress in layers.

One of the young ladies on duty took the time to call about my order since a few items were not available. She wanted to make sure I got the text updating me about the changes. She also went and grabbed another item as a substitute that had not been used as a replacement. As a Business Consultant for “ Growing Customer Service” I must commend their Staff and Leaders.
