  Went on 02-28-2025 The food is good the server was fantastic. The issue is the games are not crediting on the cards. The game says received 500 tickets twice, just on one game. Won more or other games. When went to check balance at the gift store they said only received 700 tickets. I played alot of games and know won more than 700 tickets. Run your own tally. Will not return to the killeen Dave & Busters. That is a shady practice.

  Alaysia was our waitress and she was so sweet & amazing, I will definitely be coming back and requesting her everytime!

  First and last time coming here. We ordered the wings and ribs platter and I asked for the wings extra crispy. After waiting, the waitress told us they were out of ribs, so we had to change the order to wings with mini cheeseburgers. The mini cheeseburgers were good, but the wings were supposed to be crispy and they were extremely soggy and disgusting. Very disappointing.

  The customer service we experienced was quite unsatisfactory. We waited for twenty minutes to be seated, and it seemed as though every employee intentionally overlooked us. I inquired with a police officer if we should seat ourselves, and he suggested that at that point, it would be better to go to the bar. We proceeded to sit at the bar and waited an additional ten minutes, but no one approached us to take our order or even greet us.

  Place an order for takeout after optioning to "play and eat" reward combo.They couldn't get our orders right for food takeout. Paid $8 each for kids pizza and that's all it was was three little slices of pizza with no sides or drinks, overpriced IMO. Also, were very unknowledgeable how the rewards worked. For the amount of money you're spending on food, they definitely don't know how to justify the cost. After telling me the order was to go they were missing a chicken sandwich and had waited for that to be made. After they made that you can sandwich realized there was no buffalo wings that I had ordered but had been sitting under a heat lamp for the entirety of waiting, wings looked dry and had to watch one of the front of house staff with no gloves touch the wings and box it up. Chicken sandwich had no sauce on it whatsoever, would think they would not just be selling dry chicken sandwiches or at least give me sauce on the side since it was taken. I try to get places chances despite what we hear negatively about it but this was very disappointing. After disappointing me three times within that single visit you'd think they could look at my face and read the disappointment and maybe offer a discount that probably would have prevented a bad review.
