  I wanted to see what all the hype was about. I walked in and there was no host on 1/1. I lovely girl walked up and asked if we have been helped since she saw us standing there. I advise no. She said oh no well welcome in. She proceeded to sit us and asked if she can get us anything to drink till there server arrived. Very polite girl and asked server what her name was. They said Abigail. I asked if she was a server and they said no. Well they are missing out on her. As she was sitting us I had some question and she answered everything like she was a pro. Highly recommend putting her as a server.

  Other than waiting to be served after being seated, waiter never came back to see if we needed drinks refilled or anything then waited another 20 mins or longer to ask for to go boxes then had to ask for waiter to pay and I assume she got upset caught her looking directly at me while she's talking to her other employees while she's rolling her neck and they all turn and look my direction which I don't mind cause without customers they have no job. I hate spending MY HARD EARNED MONEY ON PITFUL SERVICE...on a positive note my children enjoyed playing them games that did work...1st and last time here.🤷🏾‍♀️ First time I've ever been to a Dave and Busters and there's an officer at the door very unappealing for a kid friendly environment but then again this is Killeen pretty sad. The guy at the counter redeeming tickets for prizes topped off everything had is standing there waiting while he finished texting.... Since its a new year just throw away the whole staff and start over I'm sure there are some people with better customer skills that would appreciate the job... Sorry NOT sorry...😩

  I’ve been going to Dave & Buster’s for years across multiple states and unfortunately this location was a letdown. The food quality was poor, the boneless wings were mushy, the sliders lacked any real flavor, and the strawberry daiquiri didn’t taste like a daiquiri or alcohol at all. It was genuinely disappointing compared to my experiences at other locations. I was caught me off guard when i was told that certain Dave & Buster’s cards “aren’t accepted here.” That makes no sense. I have a card with a large number of tickets on it and I’ve never run into selective card acceptance at any other location before. Overall this location feels very out of sync with the Dave & Buster’s standard. I hope management takes a closer look and brings this spot back in line with the rest of the brand because this experience was far below expectations.

  Food was ok, don’t ever get the unlimited deal, there where a bunch of cases where the games didn’t let us play more then 30 seconds apart. It says you can earn up to 1500 tickets in which they already put 1500 on your card. Any game where you can earn a prize forget about it. Here is the worst part, one of the Harker Heights Police officers at the bar stood ideal and stared up and down at a mother’s ass while she walked by with her kid. This was on 28 December 2025. Food was ok I got one of the entrees that came with the card. Not hot but if I paid a couple more dollars then the free entrees I probably could have gotten a better meal. Overall I probably would go to area 254 over this location.

  I recently visited Dave & Buster’s for an office outing with my family, and unfortunately the service we received took away from the experience. When I arrived, I had gotten lost on the way, so the rest of the table had already ordered and received their drinks. Once I sat down, our waitress, Alaysha, took my family’s drink order. After waiting several minutes, Alaysha returned with refills for the rest of the table. I politely asked about my family’s drinks, and she responded by saying she was busy handling other tables and that she was only one person. I was confused by the tone of her response, as I was simply checking on our order and felt it came across as rude and unnecessary. Later, when it was time to pay, we had three separate tabs. There was some confusion, which I tried to calmly explain, but Alaysha laughed in my face and said she understood. She still had to return twice to correct the receipts. When I was preparing to pay for another tab, she confronted me and said that I was coming off as rude. Although she apologized, she continued to refer to me as rude, which I found unprofessional and upsetting. I maintained my composure throughout the situation, but I was genuinely appalled by how I was treated. This was meant to be a fun office outing, and the service unfortunately made the experience uncomfortable. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and helps improve customer service going forward.
