  Armando is a true example of management and leadership. He provides great customer service each and every time we come to this location. From a great greet to making sure that orders are filled in a timely manner and correct, his great personality shines through. He motivates his crew and keeps this restaurant clean as well. Hopefully the company is taking care of this manager, great managers are hard to find and let alone keep and make sure they make the company profit. Thank you for your professionalism Armando.

  Went thru the drive thru and my order was wrong. I had to get out go inside and have them remake it. Get home 12 miles away they put so much mayonnaise on my burger the bread was so soggy it just fell apart. Called the restaurant they have the nerve to ask me to come back so they can remake it AGAIN. Why?? So y'all can mess it up again. That would definitely be NO. At this point give me a my money back. So tomorrow I will be returning to the restaurant to get a refund.😡

  This place was like a breath of fresh air. The staff was very professional and courteous. The food was very fresh and tasty. Being from Alabama this was quite a new and amazing experience. Although there was one problem with my order I'm still very pleased with the visit. I contacted the store about the issue with my order she promptly said the matter will be corrected on my next visit. I give this experience an A+++++ Get with the program Alabama and bring DQ Chicken and Dumplings to your locations!!! And any other State that doesn't offer this item on the menu!!
