Received order, there were only tear away packets. The kicker… there were also tear away ketchup packets thrown into my actual food. I found this completely unsanitary and unprofessional considering my request was acknowledged and affirmed. Ketchup packets are handled by who knows how many people, and then carelessly tossed into my basket full of food. Gross.
