  We just left with an order of boneless wings and wedge fries to go. The chicken was not even warm.

  Worst experience ever! Buy $55 worth of takeout get home start pulling food out and realize they didn’t give me the right chicken sandwich, call the restaurant tell them I ordered the chicken sandwich that comes with coleslaw and they told me I ordered the wrong sandwich clearly the order details say different then they say come pick up the coleslaw uh for a sandwich that’ll already be cold? No thank you then these clowns tell us that they didn’t have any coleslaw so that’s why my sandwich was given to me that way. Are you kidding me?! When from the beginning they should’ve asked if we wanted to substitute for something else since I couldn’t get the sandwich the way I wanted, no they instead lied and tried to hide the fact that the sandwich wasn’t made how it was supposed to be and on top of that they refused to give a refund until today when we had to call back once again to get this resolved their GM should’ve have reached out way before now but never bothered low class establishment

  Stood waiting for 10 minutes at the front. Countless employees walked by and didn’t even say a word. When someone finally took us to a table it was the dirtiest table I’ve ever seen. If the floors and tables are that disgusting, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. This place is horrible. Beyond rude. Beyond dirty. We are called out and will never go back. Avoid at all costs!

  Ordered through the app and waited for awhile until they gave me the food. Came home and got ready to eat when my sister informed me that she received the wrong chicken sandwich. So I proceeded to call the restaurant and waited a minute until someone answered the phone. I told the young man what happened and he proceeded to tell me that I had ordered the wrong chicken sandwich. It was supposed to come with coleslaw but it didn’t have any coleslaw on the sandwich. Not was it the correct chicken sandwich. It was supposed to be a southern style chicken sandwich with coleslaw. He argued with me and then had the nerve to say that we could come to the restaurant and get the coleslaw. I then asked for a manager. I was on hold for a few minutes before the manager answered. I went through the story again only for him to say that they had run out of coleslaw. He also said that we could come back to the restaurant and get the coleslaw. I also told him that the young man was rude and I didn’t appreciate that at all. He appeared to defend the young man. Yeah I’m not ever going back to that restaurant again. Not after I was lied to repeatedly. Oh and the guacamole was brown. Totally disgusting. Will not eat there again.

  Placed order at 8:48pm. Arrived at the store at 9:10 for pickup. When I arrive, order was not ready. There was a party of 2 that were placing their order at the counter for to go when I arrive. After waiting 15 minutes I had asked for an estimated time. I was then given another individual's order that was not mine. I returned the order and proceeded to wait until 9:48 pm and then had asked for a refund. After asking for a refund my order had magically appeared. Upon entering vehicle to inspect the temperature of the food, the only item that was what I would consider warm was the cheesesteak. The tater tots were room temperature; the cheese curds were room temperature and the tortilla on the wrap was slightly warm. An employee had approached me outside, asking for my name to give credit on the next visit, which I had returned a question and asked if it could be put in a relative's name as I won't be returning to this location. Had this been a busy night I would have understood, but I counted a total of 7 customers at the time I was in the establishment.
