  Girl in a very bad blonde and black curly wig had extremely bad service and was rude. She was vaping and smoking outside and wrestling with a guy outside the side door

  Honestly soooo disappointed. Nothing and I mean nothing is cheap these days so when I say $70 down the drain on absolute garbage you can imagine our disappointment. We didn’t even eat… we boxed our food and left. My husband and I took our 3 kids to this location to experience the bottomless appetizers we ordered two sets of the $9.99 deal for the appetizers, some fries, 20 wings, an order of loaded jumbo tots and 4 drinks. Our server was slower than a snail, our first set of two appetizers came out… 3 mozzarella sticks on each tray knowing there should be 6 on each since we doubled up. They were cold! Our wings came out a while after… cold!!! The tots shortly after also cold and then the fries.. old, hard and yep you guess it… COLD! I finally stopped another server where I flat out told him our server sucked. Our food was cold, and we never got the other set of appetizers. Irritated my husband said just bring us the bill and some boxes where we closed out our ticket and left. On the way out I informed the manager of our 15-20 minute visit that was absolute trash 🚮. The manager was quite nice but honestly didn’t do anything to fix the situation either, we all left hungry and disappointed as hell. That being said every single restaurant on central expy was packed from Chili’s to Rudy’s and the parking lot of Buffalo Wild Wings was empty… now we know why. We do not recommend, they need to shut down, and we will be making a complain to corporate as it was that awful!

  Food was amazing it was my daughter and I first time ever here it did take about 35mins for our food about 10mins before a server came up to us but all in all good

  No wonder why you get a lot of negative reviews 😂 I ordered wings and asked for sauce on side but once I got home, there was no sauce at all so I just ate DRY PLAIN wings. Anyone knows how golden fire and Thai curry taste like? Because I didn’t have a chance to taste them at all 🤦🏻‍♀️ridiculous!

  Thank you so much to our server Jordan for taking our table. Jordan was very warming towards me and my husband coming in for a nice dinner after moving. Not only was he very considerate but was very apologetic for any inconvenience with the wait time. He managed 5-6 tables by himself and still managed to check in on us and crack jokes and make us feel very welcomed. The level of patience and amazing customer service truly shows the type of worker he is even under pressure with a “out of no where” rush hour. He deserves nothing but kind words. Thank you Jordan for being our server!
