Not once, not twice—EVERY time. That’s not bad luck, that’s straight-up poor management. They continue to list items they clearly don’t have, take your money, and then fail to deliver what was ordered with zero communication or accountability. No substitutions, no heads up—just missing items like it’s normal. If you can’t keep your inventory straight, stop advertising what you don’t have. This place is unreliable, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time and money. Won’t be giving them another chance.

I said NONE AT ALL. after waiting about 25 minutes, I received my ice cream with NUTS all over it. I wanted to complain but not only did the staff seem miserable but I felt kinda bad that they have a very low grade job and still suck at it.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
