Staff were friendly, wasn't super fast but orders were correct. Hung out with the grandparents for the grandkids, and they didn't mind us at all. Icre cream was also quite tasty, nice place overall

- JJJLSMar 14, 20261.0Our most recent visit was the same as previous times: always out of several items. They always have some excuse why they’re usually out of strawberry and hot fudge toppings. This time, regular spoons added to the list so they gave me a mini tasting spoon for my “sundae”. The scoops are usually ridiculously small - BR started making their scoop sizes smaller many years ago, though some BRs still give you your money’s worth. Sometimes the workers are unfriendly, act clueless, or ignore you at the counter. Apparently they continue to be severely understaffed. The other Killeen and HH locations are better, for the most part but not as convenient distance-wise.
