I was driving away and noticed both guys with the headsets on were too busy talking to manage a single car in the drive thru. All I wanted was an overpriced hot chocolate. But guess not. Hope y’all had a very interesting conversation for what it was since you both couldn’t be bothered to answer the headset (which I know most drive thru headsets beep if a car is at the drive thru box ready to order). And it was at 10:45 pm on Sunday night. I won’t be back 🤷♀️👍👌

If there’s not enough staff to service customers close the lobby. It’s obvious the employees are more worried about keeping their drive the time down.
