  I went in person. Stood at register for about six minutes no one in line. None of the staff members acknowledged me and they were actively taking drive-through orders that came up after I got there. This place has also forgotten add-ons that I added to my order that cost extra money. i feel like they don’t care about me. like it’s ok if you’re busy but you were taking orders that came after me and don’t even speak to me.   They were open but had no donuts! Looked forward to chocolate filled donuts for 50 miles got there and there were zero donuts on the counter 😩

  They don’t answer the phone and they’re not even trying to just staring at it even when I still got there to see if anybody was hearing it

  As you can see in the photos a Dunkin donuts “glazed” has hardly any glaze on it compared to the one from Liberty Donuts just down the road. Liberty glazed donut was evenly coated, fluffy and tasted fresh. The Dunkin Donut was hard, hardly any glaze and looked and tasted a day old. The service? Hands down Liberty Donuts! Friendly, offered a smile first thing in the morning! Dunkin? Grumpy, no smile or thank you at all! Now, the main sticking point, Dunkin Donuts charges $1.69 a piece for a regular glazed donut!!! Elsewhere? .99 cents to $1.09. I got 4 donuts and two soft drinks for a total of $12.78!!!!! The same thing at Liberty? $8.85! Never again Dunkin!

  Worst service by lady night it is 8 pm and they said the owen is closed worst service and they don’t even wash there hand before making they start making right after cleaning and they don’t care person is standing there
