  Every time I come here there is a group of people in the corner booth played down and on phones. Then they get up and act upset that a customer came in. Today I waited in line and never got greeted. I never see management or anyone there that cares about service. New to area and super happy to see a Dunkin close but this place is terrible.

  I had a really disappointing experience at this Dunkin' location. The cleanliness was concerning—the staff appeared unhygienic, with dirty clothing and visible pet hair on their shirts. It did not give a professional or sanitary impression. On top of that, the coffee was not made properly and did not taste as expected. It seemed like there was a lack of basic training or attention to quality. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both hygiene standards and staff training.

  We've been by this location several times at approximately 8am (not late in the morning!) and they always seem to be out of something. Today it was cheese and the food is just not great. My husband's kolaches were cold as if they were sitting in a refrigerator and we waited over 15 minutes to get our order. The attitudes of the servers tends to be that they don't want to be there, and we overheard them complaining about other customers. Really wish this was a better location as it would be the perfect stop on our way to town.

  Slowest service ever. Should not take 30 minutes to get a fast food order of a single bacon biscuit and coffee. Then when you question it the manager gives a smart comment then runs and hides in the back. I have heard this manager cuss out customers and employees. She constantly talking about people

  Wasn’t open, even though website said it was. TA associate said they come in when they want to. Waited till 5:30 no one showed up. My husband is a truck driver we meet there sometimes to have Dunkin’ Donuts.
