  This store is always understaffed and still manages to make an awesome sandwich in a reasonable amount of time. It also surprises me that it is so clean during the week even though there’s only the girl with red hair working alone most of the time. Excellent food excellent service

  Got a salad. Maker didn't cut up the meat very much or vegetables. That's ok if you have knives to do it yourself, but they didn't. So your left to use your fingers or another fork to rip it apart.

  Well this is a new one for me it is not often if any I give a perfect five stars for service food and atmosphere but I had to today I went to the subway here in Kerrville on highway 27 The service was so good I even left the tip The girl was working along by herself but she was doing an excellent job for one person waiting on everybody there in the restaurant My hat goes off to her

  Me and my brother come here to get our sandwiches, but this time it will be our last time coming to this location. I understand when employees are having a tough day. Me and my brother were talking nice to her and saying thank you each time. I saw she was by herself and was having a hard day so me and my brother left a $6 cash and coin mix tip. She yelled at me and my brother very rudely because she thought we were stealing a $20 tip she has when in reality we were leaving a tip. She made my brother cry and uses the excuse "I'm tired of them leaving me by myself" and "That people keep stealing tips" this is not an excuse to yell at people and even when they prove to you that they didn't steal anything. She said my total was "45.65" I tried giving her a $50 bill but she said very rudely I can't accept anything bigger than $20. Subway, please do better with employees who people have been calling out for a long time because this isn't acceptable. Just because we are teens or adults who want to get food, doesn't mean we should be treated very rudely. This doesn't even allow anyone to eat good.
