  Waited for 10 minutes to get waited on. Only 1 person working and she couldn't find her coworker, though she yelled for him several times. I got a turkey and ham protein wrap and she told me I could take items off, e.g. letus or tomato, etc. But I could not add anything. I asked if I could have ranch dressing rather than honey mustard and she said no. My wife laughed thinking she was kidding but she was serious. I eat at subway's alot, even in different states, and this was a first time I was told you can't pick the dressing you like, only what is listed on the sandwich. I'll say skip this place unless you want poor service or you have different task that the "recommendation" on the menu.

  Had a great experience. I initially went to the location on Junction. I got there a little before 9am. Door was open so I walked in only to be informed that they weren't open yet. No big deal, I was gonna wait in my car but employee decided to be sarcastic and told me that if they were open the open sign would be on. I found it kind of rude so decided to go to this location and found everyone to be very nice and the sandwich was delicious. I won't be going to the other location again.

  I went into this subway on my lunch break and was greeted by an older gentleman. He proceeded to take my order and when i told him what sandwich i wanted he got stern with me and said “white, wheat, footlong?” as if he was irritated with me. i said i wanted a footlong on white bread. after i got my sandwich i took one bite and im not exaggerating when i say it was the worst sandwich i ever had. it tasted very much like garlic as if they did not wipe down the knife they had cut it with or something and the tomatoes tasted spoiled. it was a bit better once i took out the tomatoes but still very disappointing. i think the staff may need retraining in cross contamination and customer service.
