This place is good but the employee wearing pink was rude. I finished ordering food with my sister and we were about to pay. We put money on the tip jar and she yelled at me. She started saying that we were stealing even though I put money on the tip jar because I felt nice. She kept yelling at us and the customer next to us told her that we were giving a tip, not stealing. When the worker noticed that she didn't even apologize properly. Me and my sister left after paying and I don't even know if I will return to this location. I might just go to the other one next to the mall.

Me and my brother come here to get our sandwiches, but this time it will be our last time coming to this location. I understand when employees are having a tough day. Me and my brother were talking nice to her and saying thank you each time. I saw she was by herself and was having a hard day so me and my brother left a $6 cash and coin mix tip. She yelled at me and my brother very rudely because she thought we were stealing a $20 tip she has when in reality we were leaving a tip. She made my brother cry and uses the excuse "I'm tired of them leaving me by myself" and "That people keep stealing tips" this is not an excuse to yell at people and even when they prove to you that they didn't steal anything. She said my total was "45.65" I tried giving her a $50 bill but she said very rudely I can't accept anything bigger than $20. Subway, please do better with employees who people have been calling out for a long time because this isn't acceptable. Just because we are teens or adults who want to get food, doesn't mean we should be treated very rudely. This doesn't even allow anyone to eat good.

Stopped by in the morning to grab a sandwich for lunch. It was right around 9am I saw somebody walk in and thought they were open. Sadly I was wrong. Went inside and was told that they weren't open yet. No big deal I would wait in my car. Then employee was having a bad day or something and told me that if they were open the sign would be on. This is how they speak to paying customers? I didnt need all the sarcasm at the beginning of my day. So, I left and went to the location on Sidney Baker. Much better experience there. Sandwich was great and employees were happy. I'll never go to location on Junction again.

This was a very disappointing experience at the Subway on Junction Highway in Kerrville. The older woman working the counter was openly rude while we were ordering, making faces and acting irritated over simple sandwich requests. It felt unwelcoming and completely uncalled for as paying customers. What made it worse was the condition of the dining area. The floor under the tables was filthy — lettuce, bread crumbs, and debris stuck to the ground like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. This is not what you expect from a restaurant that handles food. It’s honestly sad because this has been one of our favorite places in town, but between the poor attitude and the lack of cleanliness, this visit was a major letdown. Management seriously needs to address customer service and basic sanitation here.
