Asked her to scan my phone so I can get my points and just rud she said we don't have a scanner. After getting our food we said thank you and she just closed the window and said nothing. So disappointed and as customers we should have some kind of respect.

I ordered 5 different ice creams, and when she handed them to me, I asked her which was which, she made an annoyed face at me and said rudely, " I don't know", the man before who took our order was friendly. Her rudeness both time we came there will not stop us from coming back but I hope next time she has a better day and isn't rude
