- GSG SApr 13, 20261.0I would leave 0 stars if possible. I’ve been 2xs and they are out of so many flavors, don’t have spoons or the little kid creations accessories but still charge for it. Culver’s is a much better choice.

The guy working there didn’t even know what ice cream they served and when we asked for the list of flavors he said “first of all I’m not going to do that, and also I’m super tired right now I’m all by myself and I’ve been here all day and the ice cream is all the way over there and I’m not going to walk over there” he had already scooped my ice cream left it on the counter, closed the window on our faces and told us to leave and go somewhere else. Also this guy appeared to be under the influence of something because he did not make eye contact with us at any point throughout the conversation and had bloodshot eyes and couldn’t carry on the conversation. If you can absolutely help it GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Drove over 30 minutes on the day of pick up to pick up the cake, only to find out they had no cake ready. Supposedly the employee had posted the cake order in the group text chat when the order had come in, but no cake decorator had responded to make the cake. They had to refund, and I walked out with nothing. The employee said she has to refund often for cakes, and when I asked how to prevent this in the future, she said she didn't know. This place is very unprofessional, and do not order a cake if you expect to actually be able to pick it up!

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
