    They do not speak clearly or understand what you order. I have to repeat myself many times and they still get order wrong The carhop is not friendly when she come to the car and also doesn’t speak clearly

    I don’t usually leave bad reviews because I’m not that type of person but man… I’m super disappointed in the way the owner acted towards me. He was disrespectful and very rude. The red button to place an order didn’t work and so I called which is no problem at all. But then the owner picked up and had an attitude. I didn’t really care that he had an attitude on the phone. Maybe a bad day or something. I told him what stall # I was parked at and when I ordered the food wasn’t on the screen and so I couldn’t pay. I didn’t have an issue at all at this point because I get maybe the machine or the owner messed up and it happens, I’ve worked fast food before I know how it goes. Anyways I called them again and said the order didn’t pop up on my screen that maybe the machine was frozen or something and I had waited a few minutes to call back just to make sure. He didn’t say anything back over the phone AT ALL and then I see my order on the screen and I say “oh maybe it was frozen but thank you Sir” he still said nothing back so I hung up and thought it was unprofessional and not the customer service that an OWNER of a store should have. Regardless, I was a bit annoyed at that point but as long as I get my food and leave then it is what it is. I go to pay at the screen as soon as it popped up and then my order disappears and it says someone is on their way with my order. I had already inserted my card to pay but since it disappeared it didn’t charge me. The owner ends up coming out and says I have to pay with cash. I don’t have any cash on me so I tell him and he argues with me saying it’s my fault and that it says cash because I took too long to acknowledge the screen. I said “no sir I did it as soon as it popped up then it disappeared.” He keeps being dismissive and extremely rude with a terrible attitude saying it’s my fault. And I go to sonic frequently I know how their machine works and if I messed up I would’ve admitted it. The other employees are super nice and do their job properly when we go there. I’ve never had an issue until today which is the first time the owner has “helped me”. Anyways, they got my drink completely wrong, it was a grape vanilla slushie (weird but I wanted to try it). They gave me strawberry mixed with something as a slushee. I honestly was just gonna drink it and not say anything because it didn’t taste bad.HOWEVER, the owner being so rude and refusing to admit to HIS mistake made me tell him that I got the wrong drink as well. I showed him my receipt and he went to give me the right drink. Didn’t apologize or anything just very rudely said okay I’ll fix it and walked off. At this point I didn’t care about my drink being wrong, it was just the fact he was being rude. He comes back gives me the right drink and then we realized he gave my girlfriend blue raspberry vanilla instead of blackberry vanilla that we ordered. I had told him and another worker that it was blackberry multiple times. At least 3 or 4 separate times. He got it wrong and didn’t admit to it. He went to “fix it” and WE STILL GOT THE WRONG DRINK SOMEHOW????? I understand mistakes happen I’ve worked in the fast food industry for years. I’m not even mad about that. Just disappointed. And even more disappointed at the fact that the OWNER is so rude to us and still got the order wrong TWICE! I never cussed or yelled or gave him attitude or anything by the way. I have patience. He did not need to handle the situation like that. It wasn’t a big deal AT ALL until he started being disrespectful. How are you the owner at a fast food place and have 0 customer service ?

    the owner is super rude to workers and customers. He messed up our drinks multiple times and tried to blame us and his workers. On the other hand Melissa is a great worker and super kind and tried her best to help fix our drinks but he got in the way and was very rude to us and her.

    This is the slowest, worst food and poor managed sonic I have ever been too. Thought it was a fluke the first time but now after returning it’s clear this is normal here. Wish there was a rating for zero stars
