Marc took the time to make sure everything was corrected properly, and you could tell he genuinely cared about making things right. He treated us with respect, kept a positive attitude, and made the whole situation stress-free. It’s not often you come across someone who takes that level of pride in their work, and it really made a difference. Thank you, Marc, for going above and beyond and providing excellent customer service!
