    Order was made wrong 4 times watched them rewrap my wrong order in a new wrapper then sent it back down the line for another customer. Staff and the manager were very rude talking crap in Spanish thinking I wouldn't understand. Absolutely worst McDonald's I've been too. Check your order before leaving!!!!

    Every-time i go the staff is rude. They employees act as if they don’t want to be there or as if they are being forced to work there. About a week ago i accidentally gave the employee at the drive through the wrong mobile app code on accident and the employee proceeds to flip me off at the window. I also want to include these pictures of my drinks for my past visits. They never fill my drinks up or put any ice in them.

    So in the morning, they’re great. But at night extremely horrible attitude bad act like they don’t wanna be at work unless you order through the app I asked for a double quarter pounder with Mac sauce, no ketchup, no mustard. Before I finish my order, the individual was asking me about my size. The fries were cold. The burger was cold. This is the only McDonald’s in Kermit. Can’t do nothing about it and they know that, but I will continue to leave a bad review whenever I get bad service I promise you that and I won’t be eating there anymore and I’ll continue to go order food and leave a review
