  First time at Subway and it was a solid experience. They actually took a minute to explain how everything works since I’m used to pizza spots charging per topping. Here you just pick your protein and can load up on veggies however you want, which is a big plus. Went with a tuna sandwich stacked with veggies — fresh, clean, and surprisingly filling without feeling heavy. I stay pretty active, so I appreciate food that fuels without slowing me down, and this hit that balance. Grabbed a Red Bull after and was good to keep moving. Definitely coming back.

  I ordered a sandwich tray for our Christmas Party and wanted a tray of condiments and was told they could not give us any . We paid over $60 for these dry sandwiches. With no condiments not happy

  Clearly-waeva these employee were doing in the back...was more important than, actual customer service! Walked in- I stood at counter - employee put on gloves...and look at me*crickets chirpping* "Whatever happen beginning"Hello" customer service? Next- As yip & yap cashiers talked- cashier yip just handed me my cash & hurried away to talk to cashier yap! No "thank you" to the customer. Not surprised employees have no name tags. With their hair hanging over food- as much as hair sheds...I wonder what's their Health report score from the Tarrant County Food Inspector.

  Noah Wise was a complete professional! Picked up order for my family and the store was out of some items. He substituted other items and made the whole family dinner a success! Thank you Noah! Will definitely return.
