I believe his name was Jordyn (with blonde hair), he kept talking down to the girl who kept trying to ask for help but he wouldn't get off his phone to help but had no issue telling her everything she did wrong when i was around the corner. He didn't acknowledge me or any of the other customers and should not be in any positionto be "training" anyone when the entire time he was stuck into his phone. The entire staff seemed depleted, I assume he was the manager and I can see why. Ill update the review in the future, seeing how this location is normally good.
