I have never encountered a situation at any other Taco Bell where I was told that I couldn't remove vegetables from a taco. They insisted that all items are premade, which prevented them from altering my order. When my husband inquired about this, one of the staff members became visibly angry, necessitating the manager's intervention. Unfortunately, I still did not receive the correct order, and feeling frustrated, we chose to leave. This experience has been the worst customer service I have ever faced at any Taco Bell.
