They just don't seem to care, the ketchup was out in the dining room and it wasn't very busy so no excuses for the failures. I ordered a steak finger basket which took almost 30 minutes, she ordered a fish sandwich combo and got a burger basket after 15 minutes of waiting and a different customer got the fish sandwich. Good thing we were on vacation cause if you're limited on lunch break for time, try elsewhere cause other reviews day same and i don't mind waiting for fresh food, but not time for whatever was going on at this restaurant.
