  Worst Sonic experience ever. Went to the drive thru. Attempted to order a Frito Pie. Was told by Zoie that they dont have them; was offered a wrap. I said- well i'll take a wrap without the tortilla. When I arrived at the window, I was presented with my coke and my card was "snatched" from my hand- as I was holding it out. I asked the young lady to make sure they added the onions. Boy did they. And yes, I have attempted to reach out to the store directly, twice and the manager directly without answer or response.

  Everything takes a million years regardless of if you order on the app, at the window or drive thru.

  Placed a simple order and not one thing on burger was right. Paid for extras I did not receive, the large onion rings came with 5 rings. For it being the closest location to the 75143 area you’d think quality would be top priority. I will definitely return but suggest retraining the employees for quality purposes.

  I went and ordered two kids meals and they got that right but I asked for extreme tots and instead of putting everything on it they completely forgot chili on my extreme tots. They always mess this up and it’s so annoying. The incompetence is baffling.

  It seems like every time we come here, they're always short on staff, and even when you go through the drive-through and you've been waiting for minutes and say hello, no one says anything or even says, "We'll be right with you." The customer service sucks here, and they take forever just to bring out your food.
