  Had the worst range rattles ever last night hard as a rock way over cooked, been going there b4 Fertitta bought it,called tonight hoping it was same Mgr put me on hold for over 20 minutes to talk to a Mgr nothing so I hung up and I know it isn't busy at this time I live in Kemah,we know when its busy or not.

  We went in today (Tuesday night) and had the best waitress Katrina! It was my birthday. She was so kind and lovely. The atmosphere really nice. The food also very good, but we would saying without even speaking to one another during the experience that the managerial organization and messaging was pretty poor. Probably because the company processes are broken and there is no empowerment to enable a personal experience. You could just sense it from start to finish. Maybe because we know the business, but we are locals and Kemah ambassadors and would really love to love it. Landry’s makes it difficult. Alas, Katrina was fabulous in the front of fake! If I had an influence I definitely would promote her to consulting in management to the very top, as she knows customer service and would be the best shakeup they had in years. Landry’s needs a fresh perspective customer led versus business minded hoopla. Please enable the staff and a better experience and reputation for Kemah!!!

  Always a go to when at the board walk love the view & the food! Great service, always a good experience! Not to have any one feel bad but if the servers didn't use perfumes? Just to much smells going on for me. But then again that's just me😏

  The highlight of our evening after a adventure of a day at Kemah was Logan! He was attentive, courteous, gracious when we mentioned food allergies and went above and beyond our table of 4. Honestly such a highlight to the end of our day. Logan, you are Gem! May you get the accolades you so rightly deserve for being so incredibly awesome!

  We visited with our family on a Sunday to celebrate my son’s birthday, and it was such a lovely experience. I mentioned it was a special occasion when making the reservation, and they seated us by the window with a beautiful ocean view, which we really appreciated. We ordered a variety of dishes, my son had a burger and said it was delicious. I had the chicken with broccoli and cheese, which was very flavorful. The rest of the family ordered steak, and everyone enjoyed their meals. For dessert, we tried the chocolate cake and the carrot cake, personally, I think the carrot cake was the best! The service was excellent, very attentive, quick, and always making sure our drinks were refilled. Overall, the food was great, and we had a wonderful time. The only point was about the music was a little loud.
