  We were late for our reservation due to fashion. We were having a bachelorette girls' trip and arrived 30 minutes late. We were greeted with enthusiasm and made to feel our last-minute arrival was no issue. Other servers loved our Night Court theme and told us how beautiful we looked. The food was PHENOMENA! I had the grilled seabass, gluten-free (I never got sick, so it was indeed gluten-free). I was the best I have ever tasted. My friends all loved their food too. The real star though, was our server Richard. He knew the menu backwards and forward as well as how to accommodate my Celiac Disease. He ensured we were happy all night, full glasses, quality checks. When I snuck away to ask him to sneak the bride's tab to me, he helped me not get caught by pointing me to the restroom to throw my friends off the trail haha, and when we asked him for some pictures, he actually moved the table away from the wall so we could have a beautiful backdrop. And his pictures were AMAZING. Promote him! he is the BEST!!!!

  Kemah boardwalk Family (ladies) get together. Escape room then afternoon dinner at Landry’s Seafood House. Landry’s: Food and atmosphere was WONDERFUL and so were the check in receptionists. However, the server was horrible ( I don’t want to mention her name, but her name is on my receipt). She took our drink orders (we had to ask for straws) ,had our food brought out to us and that was it. The server never refilled our waters, never asked how our food was, and didn’t ask if we wanted dessert ( I wanted some cheese cake 🤷🏾‍♀️). Doing our dining the manger on duty (really nice) came over to check on us and took care of a couple of unsweetened Elmer Palmers that the server had brought out earlier. I don’t know if it was because the tip was included for the party size, she didn’t care about the quality of the service, or she was having a bad day. In any event, I’m a GREAT tipper and always tip more than is required, but I don’t tip when the server is horrible. Instead of the $12.76 she received from me, it could have been $20. Will I return again DEFINITELY but I don’t want her ever again as a server. Also, we made reservations prior to going and our server didn’t have a name tag on. Thanks for listening, RETIRED!!!! GRATEFUL!!! and HUMBLE !!!!!!

  Today was a rainy day, so I wanted something warm w/alcohol & the drink Ciera fixed w/the whipped cream on top was everything!! Matt was a great bar associate to chat with. The Nawlins oysters need to become a PERMANENT menu item at every Landry’s. Every Landry’s establishment we visit, we expect to see these oysters lol. The manager, Frank, made sure we got EXACTLY what we were looking for. Thanks Frank for not hesitating to accommodate our needs. I also loved seeing more tentacles than rings in the calamari lol. It’s a ME thing lol. We literally emptied our plates this time. We left Landry’s in Galveston to come here due to how busy they were. Consistency every time is what keeps us coming back!! We don’t mind traveling from Humble, TX for good quality food!!

  The atmosphere was very nice to service was a little slow. I had to wait to get a refill. A waitress was nowhere in sight. Wanted to ask for condiments again. The waitress was nowhere in sight And this was my first visit to this Landry's and I had higher expectations especially being a steak. Please so I ordered the burger and it was all black on one side. You could taste the char ruined the dinner. Didn't want to complain but I felt that I should just to let y'all be aware. So disappointed. Sorry to report

  I recently visited this restaurant and had a mixed experience overall. I’d still rate it 4 stars. The food was average — some dishes were quite good and enjoyable, while others were just okay and a bit underwhelming. Nothing was bad, but not everything stood out either. Service was fine. Staff were polite and everything ran smoothly, but it didn’t feel especially attentive or memorable. The atmosphere has a strong old-style vibe. If you like that kind of classic setting, you’ll probably enjoy it, but it’s just not really my taste. Overall, a decent place with both positives and a few drawbacks. Worth trying once, but not a must-visit for me.
