  The food was awesome!! Me and my girlfriend went to Kemah for the first time for my birthday and we found this place. I loveee their Jenny’s Salmon and Shrimp. Our server Ashley did an awesome job with everything. Shes the best!! Definitely returning next time. I will gladly say its an honor to be here eating this yummy food near the docks. Great ambience!!

  First time going and it definitely did not live up to the hype. Basic cheap garlic bread, majorly overcooked calamari, broccoli wasn't cooked all the way for any of our sides, and my sons steak was the most raw steak we've ever been served. Unfortunately he ate like half of it thinking it was just fatty (I didnt check his food) and then I finally did look at it when he said something about it a few times and realized it wasn't cooked. I dont mean just a little less done than we like, i mean inedible raw. We sent it back and they just cooked the half of steak again instead of replacing and didnt comp the steak. Just overall a disappointing experience. Won't be back to any Bubba Gumps because at this point I think it's just a gimmicky tourist attraction that doesnt deliver what you'd expect. Sorry I didnt take pics.

  They no longer serve tall glasses which was a cool lil gig they had going for a while. Those tall glasses was the only thing that kept me coming back through their door. The only person with a smile was the bartender. Every other employees seemed upset about something and unapproachable.

  We could absolutely not have been more pleased with this place! Our first waitress was Trinity, and she was an absolute jewel as a server. Our second waiter was Charlie, and he was excellent in all he did. We were a big group that straggled in and he sat us at a place where we were a little bit away from people which was good because our group is loud. He recognized our fellow funeral directors as they came in, and seated them accordingly. And he had a drink on the way already before they sat down. His service was impeccable, and since our regular restaurant down there was torn down our new regular place for our large group is going to be Bubba Gump Shrimp Company. Rhonda, the manager, was so helpful when it came to trying to find my old Landry‘s card. I don’t know about any of the other Bubba Gump Shrimp Company restaurants, but I would highly, highly, highly recommend this place. An added plus was that for two days straight we saw dolphins swimming and jumping all around us in the water below.

  If I could give Brandon a million stars, I would. From the moment I walked in, it was like the heavens opened and a golden spotlight shone directly on this man. Brandon didn’t just offer great service—he delivered a life-altering experience. I genuinely think NASA should study whatever level of professionalism and charisma this man operates on. He didn’t just help me—he read my mind, anticipated my needs, and somehow made me feel like I was the only person on Earth that mattered. At one point, I swear I heard an angelic choir when he handed me my paperwork. The air literally smelled better after talking to him. If every employee was even 1% as good as Brandon, the economy would skyrocket, world peace would be achieved, and traffic would cease to exist. I left with my jaw on the floor and my faith in humanity fully restored. Brandon, if you’re reading this—thank you for your service, your energy, and your sheer excellence. You are the reason Yelp hasn’t gone out of business yet.
