- AWAlbeatrice WaltonMar 22, 20261.0First time here and I was very disappointed. I ordered a meatball sandwich. The sub way rep told me that he had to get new ones out the fridge cause his current container was empty, he ask did I want it toasted I said yes. I ask him was they going to be cooked and or done by just putting them in the toaster he said YES even before leaving I asked him did he toast it well enough he said yes. Upon getting home and trying the sandwich it was completely froze the meatballs was not done and literally made me sick to my stomach. It was literally cold I stay less then 5 minutes away so it couldn’t have gotten cold that fast HE SOLD US UNCOOKED FOOD. I also notice after I was walking out he was putting the whole container in the microwave I had already waited 10 minutes for him to complete a mobile order. But to give me cold frozen food is just pure unacceptable. If he needed to cook to full container I would’ve waited. I had nothing but time but all he could do was apologize.
