  My toddler needed to go to the restroom, but the door is locked with no sign. So I found an employee and they informed me that the bathroom was only for employees. Looking at health code requirements for fort worth it would seem a bathroom is required so I will be reporting to the health department. Sonic be decent and serve customers to the required minimum next.

  Had bad order. Escalated through customer service. They put in formal refund request, but store never followed up or honored refund request.

  Came to grab a drink at 9pm. Both entry ways to the drive thru were blocked off by cars. Tried calling to see if something was going on and no answer.

  This place lovess putting the entire produce department of lemons in your drink. Like on what planet do you put 2 whole lemons worth of slices in a dang drink man! I wish I could say this only happened once. But it legit happens every single time I ask for lemon in my drink.. 3 slices is plenty! I even marked it EASY lemon and still I get the entire produce department of lemons in my drink. Now I go to the drive through and i make sure to say at least 2 or 3 times to put only 2 or 3 slices of lemon in my drink and that they know someone loves putting 30 slices in it.

  I was about to order food here when my young son needed to use the bathroom, but they wouldn’t let him because they said they don’t allow customers to use their public restroom. I will never buy food here again, and I will make sure no one else does either.
