  So I went in to pick up at doordash order only for them to tell me I had about 8 to 10 minutes to wait so I did after the time has ended I went back in just for them to tell me that they gave my doordash customers order to someone else. How are you gonna give and order to someone else right after I come in the store ask about it show them the app with the order name do not order from here the do not pay attention to orders they will give the order to someone else knowingly it doesn't belong to that person. There are better pizza hut location this is probably the reason why this location only has a 3.3 ratting. That should tell you how horrible this location is.

  This whole store needs to be replaced the employees aren’t on the same page. There was a younger guy giving the cashier a really bad attitude just for asking about an order that was supposed to be picked up. The manager or whoever that older man was just stared at customers walking in no greeting no welcome nothing. Picked up two New Yorker pizzas terrible the bread was too hard like a rock disappointed never going back.

  The restaurant on Beach/Golden Triangle in Fort Worth is awful and scams. They scam their customers by stealing money. When you order online food you are charged but dont send the items order in full, dont compensate refund, or attach credit to missing food. I wouldn't use the online order function. I was told that there would be a credit for the missing item since they stated they were out of stock and couldn't fulfill the order. I was not refunded the money or credit wasn't placed on my account.
