I went to this location around 5:00 PM and it was decently busy. I pulled into a spot, pressed the button and waited, and waited, and waited. Finally someone came on, I placed my order, 1 large drink and some mozzarella sticks with marinara. 15 minutes go by, no food, no drink. Someone pulled in next to me, order immediately, and within 5 minutes go their order and left. I pressed the button again, and waited, and waited. Finally someone came on and asked how they could help me. I told them I had been there for 15 minutes and still hadn't gotten my order. She asked me if it was a mobile order, I told her no, that it was the order that I had placed 15 minutes ago. She said the carhop just scanned the order out and would be right there. Well their right there, and my right there are very different different. IT was several minutes before she finally came to the car. I asked her if the food was cold, no one wants to eat cold mozzarella sticks, she felt the bag and said she would have them reheated. I told her I wanted fresh ones not reheated ones. I also told her I couldn't wait 15 more minutes because I had to pick up my kids from their class. She said it would take about 5. She left, and came back within that timeframe, repeated the total to me. I gave the exact total, and she shoved the food at me with a snarky "have a good night," spun and walked off. Now I have no problems tipping, but I won't tip when I am waiting 20 minutes for 2 items, one of which was a drink. I opened the bag and there were fresh hot mozzarella sticks in there, but no sauce. I wasn't going to wait another 20 minutes just for that. I have never had a problem here before. I have had to wait a few times in the past, and when that happened they were hardly any spots to park so I understood that, but when people pulled in after me got their items before me, and I got cold food and an attitude, I consider that a problem.
