Upon delivery, the driver said it was not paid for and we showed our receipt. They proceeded to tell us that it was a malfunction on their system, so we offered to pay over the phone. They said that was not possible. They gave us our food as we had paid, and said they would reach out. I received no calls from them and received this message from their district manager, stating they will be filing a police report for “stolen” goods. This is the WORST customer service I have ever received, and to have not even given it a full day is beyond me. I will be filing an official report with HQ and BBB for this atrocious treatment. DO NOT GO HERE!
