  I stopped by the other day and after receiving my food I was eating at my table and noticed what Im assuming was a team leader harassing one of the female employees. I am not one to leave reviews especially bad ones but I was absolutely appalled with the manner in which he treated this young girl. He had brown hair and glasses. I wouldn't feel comfortable ever returning to this location. chick-fil-a i expected better from you!

  The employees at this location are really sweet and professional. I was especially impressed with Cole who was taking orders in the drive thru. He was very informative, quick and just all around good at his job. I love seeing young people working hard and enjoying what they’re doing.

  Easy ordering at the drive thru, quick pickup (it was a small order) and on our way in just a few minutes. Crazy, because this restaurant is usually so busy! Staff was not as friendly as usual, but polite and professional as always.

  whoever was working the drive thru at 7 pm on 3/12 needs a serious attitude adjustment. Took my order in the back of the line and when I had questions about the menu he answered with what only can be described as unneeded comments that didn’t even answer my question. Didn’t seem like he wanted to be there or speak to anyone. Then he clearly wasn’t listening well either because my order was wrong. Doesnt seem like anyone that works the drive thru lanes wants to be there anymore. Always on their phones, always short to answer. It gets old real fast.

  Ordered on the app per usual for the points and to save time, but this time whenever the app said my order was ready and on the counter I went inside to get it. To my surprise its not there but I do see it on the expo line, but all of the employees are focused on the window to ask me or the 3 other people waiting to be helped, some older manager type person asked for the name of mine and one other customers order. He handed her order to her but never grabbed mine, they answered everyone else waiting even the cup refills, they had me waiting from 6:58 - 7:15 that is ridiculous, I saw two particular employees just keep shoving my order down the expo line not even a care in the world if its done or not or whos it is, this has got to be the worst customer service ive ever seen, and yes I do also work in the food industry IM THE GRILL GUY
