  This place is not worth coming to for the price. My wings came out cold & hard. I sent them back to be remade & they came out the exact same way. So I still ate bad food and didn’t get to eat dinner at the same time as my husband. I told the server & all she said was sorry. I spent a lot of money to eat cold and gross hard wings. It really defeats the purpose of going to a restaurant if you’re just going to eat cold food. Will not be coming back & wouldn’t recommend eating here!

  I ordered chicken dippers and tots. Tots were good, but the chicken dippers texture was off....kind of tough and chewy. Only ate one of the 3. Ordered dessert cause I was still hungry. The server forgot to put the order in so I had to wait a while. The cookie with ice cream, came out nice and hot, but had a burnt taste. They weren't busy and service was a bit slow...but we did also had a party of 7 adults and 6 kids. All in all, food and service was just ok. Probably won't go back.

  We love the wings and beer here! But the service is still slow. It has improved and we stopped coming several years ago because of it. It has gotten better but still needs work. We received our appetizer 3 minutes before our meal. We really love this place so we keep coming back.. we love the happy hour and prices, environment! Everyone cheering for home team!!

  The waitress apologized for taking a long time to come take our order initially. She gave a refill on our drinks only once, when she came to take the main dish order after our appetizer. She never checked on us again - never even made eye contact with us. We've been sitting here waiting on our check for 20 minutes. The food was ok. Buffalo sauce was good and spicy, but I had to chew on ice to cook off the heat because I ran out of drink! Very frustrating. I'm a generous tipper. My brother and sister in law are both in the food service industry, and I even tried it out a bit myself. I have a heart for people in this field of work. I am not a waiter because I sucked at it - and the customers let me know with my tips (or lack there-of!). This girl does not need to be in this industry either.

  I came in to pick up a to-go order and the experience was honestly bizarre and frustrating. I walked up to the pickup counter and an employee behind the counter made eye contact with me, then immediately walked away without saying a word. A moment later they came back carrying an order that turned out to be mine, looked directly at me again, set the bag on the shelf in front of the counter, and walked away to the back. No greeting. No “are you picking up?” No acknowledgment at all. Had I not checked the bag myself, I would have still been standing there waiting because no one ever said anything to me. This is not the first time I’ve been blatantly ignored by staff at this location. The complete lack of communication is strange and uncomfortable. A simple “Hi, are you here for pickup?” or “Here’s your order” would solve the entire issue. It’s a small thing, but basic customer acknowledgment should be the bare minimum.
