    Not warm but cold fries. The fries have set long enough to loose any crispy bite; leaving that expected old dead flavor. My love is fried crinkle fries. I left tater cakes to cherish good hot crispy fry. I'm stupid. At the intercom ordering I asked the associate for extra crispy fries. That normally meant refried setting fries which means a excellent crispy fry. Normal fried fries are still undercooked. The young man nailed my 2 sides of red ranch and 2 horsey sauces so I assumed (I'm the idiot) the fries would be hot and perfect. WRONG!!! You know what I reached in my bag and got. Yes. The 8oz Roast Beef was good. The soft drink was delicious. But, sorry, fries is what I love and desire. Well, "Turn around and get a new order of fries, Idiot." No, I had been in the ER with my beautiful wife since 8:00 a.m. Went through emergency surgery with her. I was dead. I just wanted a great meal and a straight to bed. So, no, I didn't go back for fresh fries. But, how could management allow such an item to be served? Young man at window was quiet, polite, and cared. His service was excellent unless he was responsible for the fries. Service was great. I never dine in so no atmosphere review. Why must I check my bag for good fries. My fault... this happens about 90% of the time I stop for a meal. Yes, I do normally go back through the window for fresh fries. Sad, always hot but undercooked.

    Lobby closed no sign posted or anything just want to be able to seat down and eat. Instead of having extra trash in my work truck

    I placed an order for bacon and Swiss chicken sandwich and jalapeño bites. They were quite busy and a bit behind but made sure to communicate the delay. The team was very apologetic and had incredible customer service! Made my day!

    There was no sauce for my French dip. The restaurant was dirty upfront so I couldn’t imagine what the back looks like. I will not be eating there again.
