  Marcus at Wing Bay delivered an awesome experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely made sure everything was on point. His customer service stands out—he’s friendly without being overbearing and really knows how to take care of people. The food came out hot and fresh, and Marcus made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. You can tell he takes pride in his work and values customer satisfaction. It’s rare to come across someone who brings that kind of positive energy and consistency. If you’re stopping by Wing Bay, definitely hope Marcus is working—you’ll be in great hands.

  I was here this morning, order got messed up. Came back this afternoon and 6’2 Connor helped me close the deal and inconvenience with great service and industrial expertise. Connor should be commened as a top tier employee of Wingbay.

  Tried Wingbay in Katy and it was solid. Ordered a mix of flavors and everything came out hot and crispy. The sauces were actually good—not all tasting the same—and had a nice range from mild to spicy. Service was quick and food came out fresh. Overall, a good wing spot. I’ll be back to try a few more flavors.

  Made my order wrong by accident, I called them, they offered to give me as many as 40 wings for free the next day! Extremely caring and compassionate people, and amazing food. They know they are new, and they know they wont get it perfect every time. Do not listen to the 1 star reviews, they do not do this place justice!
