  I had a really great experience here, and the manager Neiye was very nice and made sure my order was fresh and right!! Best customer service!!

  i will not recommend this restaurant,i placed a mobile order on 03/19/2026 and head to the store to pick up my order and the manager victor said we have a wait period of 15 minutes because we are backup by 4 orders and i don't know if you want to wait,i said even for mobile orders and he said yes and for mobile order it would be longer the wait,i said i cant wait that long i rather go elsewhere i need a refund or if you can cancel my order he said no he cant cancel it that i needed to cancel it on my side but when i notice i couldn't cancel it on my said and that he lied i got off, to let them know i cant do it on my end but all i got was him being stupid and unprofessional like a kids working at wendys that must be a shame for wendys to have someone like him that is a clown working as a shift manager, lol then he try blaming me that i wasn't getting a refund because i didn't want the order i said no but you are telling me that you couldn't fulfill the order and i wasn't going to wait specially because i was in the drive thru which its design to be faster and on top of that it was a mobile order plus i had a disabled mom waiting for me at home and i only had the time i had,not to mention a customer got involve in my business trying to disrespect me so now not only victor disrespected me the customer also disrespected so they both attack me and pair up speaking nonsense,i ask him for corporate number and he refuse to give me that,my daughter called him on the phone and he was still acting weird and didn't know what to do,my daughter being a manager of big stores had to teach him how to do his job,he said he was going to call his supervisor after my daughter telling him to call and figure it out he said he will call her back in 5 minutes with an answer and it was also a lie he never called back, the worse part his that this location has patterns for several years now that are not been fix and hiring incompetent people to perform a job, we need our refund ASAP because this food was never picked up by any of us, i will contact corporate again tomorrow because when i called them they didn't answer the phone, i have a picture of the manager and also the voice recording of the incident for my record and in case i need it, BY THE WAY THE PLACE WAS EMPTY INSIDE AND OUTSIDE I HAVE PHOTOS,THERE WAS NO NEED TO BE BACKED UP THEY ARE JUST L A Z Y !!!

  This place is infamous for getting order wrong or just forgetting to put it in the bag. Check you bag before you leave. I forgot to do it today and they forgot one of my orders. SMFH.

  Should have read reviews before coming. Extremely dirty lobby was hard to eat with sticky tables and floors. Food was cold and I was only customer in restaurant. Then tried to short my refund I had to do the math for them, understaffed is one thing but when you’re walking up to the counter texting “how can I help you?” With no eye contact is wild.
