  There were two separate incidents where the system was down at this specific and we couldn't place an order through the drive thru. We were also told they may not be able to receive the mobile that was placed. I ended up waiting 10 minutes to see if the system came back up and thankfully it did, but had to wait another 10 minutes to receive my order, only to receive an incomplete order with a few incorrect items ordered. The team members on duty were clearly under the influence and didn't even try to hide it with their bloodshot eyes.

  Si pudiese colocar -1 estrella la daría! La atención del personal es deprimente, malísima! El servicio de drive thru nunca funcionó! Al momento de llegar a la ventanilla la empleada una señora mayor de cabellos rubios, fue grosera, ma educada y con mal trato hacia mi persona. No me preguntó la orden! Y no sabe hablar inglés.

  Well, we stopped to get my son his free frosty using the Wendy's key chain. The lady taking the order didn't even ask my son what kind of frosty he wanted nor asked to see the key chain. Maybe she was not having a good day as her tone and overall customer service was subpar, to say the least. Maybe she was ready for her shift to end, IDK.
