  I’m always impressed every time I visit Tropical Smoothie! The place is consistently spotless, and you can tell they really take pride in keeping everything clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and efficient, which makes the whole experience even better. The food is always fresh and flavorful, and the smoothies are absolutely amazing—perfectly blended and delicious every time. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or just stopping in for a smoothie, this location never disappoints. Highly recommend!

  GO TO PLAYA BOWLS for your acai instead!!! Better service and better acai bowls!!! Just 1min away. I wish I could give 0 stars just so this kind of behavior is stopped. Nobody should have this experience when buying a smoothie. Seriously. Business owner, find someone better. And if you are the owner, let someone else handle customer interactions, because you lack basic social skills. Today at 3:00 PM I came in with my 16-year-old daughter. What should have been a simple açaí order turned into an uncomfortable experience. She forgot to add a smoothie. Instead of a quick fix, the employee became visibly irritated, banging things on the counter. When I calmly said, “she’s 16, it was just a mistake,” I was told, “then go make your own açaí bowl… I’m 53 and you interrupted me.” I’m 40 and felt diminished. I can’t imagine how a teenager would feel being spoken to that way. This location is near schools. You will have young customers. Mistakes will happen. That does not justify hostility or disrespect. There were only two customers at the time, so this reaction felt completely unnecessary and unprofessional. If this is how customers are treated, it’s concerning. And if this is a manager or owner, I genuinely feel for the staff working under that kind of example. Do better. No one with that level of ego and disregard for others should be in charge of speaking to customers. Especially at 53 years old, you should know better by now. Sent this to the high school mom group chat, and it turns out I’m not the only one. Many have had similar experiences and simply haven’t returned to this location. I guess I wasn’t even that special.

  Went in here to get a chicken wrap and the sauce was concentrated just on one end of the wrap and a lot of it. I took a bite and all I got was a mouth full of ranch and tortilla. The wrap was poorly made. Also the owner is rude and unfriendly. Doesn’t say hello just goes about like a depressed bot.
