- EREsaul ReynagaApr 6, 20261.0Went there last night for the $6 Acadia bowls when I took them out the bag they were more like soup bowls, they were so watery it was pouring out, not sure if it was because I only paid $6 for them because I paid full price for the bahama bowl and that one was perfectly frozen, one of my daughters didn’t get one because “they were out” out of nowhere! Last time I go to any tropical smoothie!! Customer service was terrible too

I almost always go to the location on 99 near Bellaire Blvd, but today I was in the area and stopped. The two ladies were very friendly in comparison to the grumpy man usually working the other location. They filled my acai bowl much more than the other store which I really appreciate for its premium price. I will return 😌

Friendly staff willing to go above and beyond. I didn't receive the correct item, due to an unforseen error that was in no way the fault of the staff, and they quickly replaced the item at no cost (even though I was prepared to pay, because as I said it was not at all their fault). It was so nice. Highly recommend this location (by katy mills).

I guess the customer in front of me needed a discount or something after he handled the customer then he tells me I’ll be with you in one second and start making smoothies after I waited for a lengthy period of time. I couldn’t wait any longer and I just went ahead and left. Please have your workers understand customer service properly.
