  Always missing items . Do not order from this location before checking all items are there. Food cold . This is my second order … same issue … missing items and cold food

  First time to try Taco Bell lol but it didn’t disappoint. This location is still new so they don’t have a good system yet. The order took longer than expected but the manager was communicating all the time. I accidentally ordered my free rewards burrito in another location but the manager still honored it when I showed the email.

  Sat in line for 10 minutes got a grilled cheese burrito. They didn’t even put cheese on the Or inside the burrito, I asked for extra ground beef and they give me even less than they should. This is disappointing Taco Bell. So much for a new location

  Their food was double cooked and it was very hard. It hurt my teeth as I tried to take a bite on the empanada and this is not the first time they mess up our stuff every time we order my friend has to walk in to go get the hot sauce for me because I can’t eat all that vinegar and the Diablo sauce. Lady and the window refused to go into the lobby to get the sauce for me. Then proceeded to ask my friend why did he go inside the lobby to get more hot sauce? I gave you everything. i’m I’m sad that your dropped to 2.4 But I do hope it drops slower with my one star review. This item looks so edible well from the photo but when I got it, it looked like a hot mess or I’ll use a bad word not so well prepared item (see the photo) this information will be sent to the corporate office to lokk at so the corporate office can retrained this location or eventually nobody will be eating here and it will cause this location to be shut down. Sorry to whoever was on the phone with me for having for having a short fuse and using profanity. I’m just frustrated with all this bs. It doesn’t make sense to me how things are ran. My aunt was a cook, My mom was a cater, My dad owns his own company, and they all started in bad areas. A tried to do better and did better. It is sad to see people not try. There’s more I could say in on how I feel, but it doesn’t seem it is worth saying anything when people don’t really listen an if they do “ listen “ they just blow you off.
