  Order was supposed to be ready 7:45 as per app. They started making it at 7:53. Guy working there is bit deaf too had to say my name 4 times before he heard

  Very disappointing experience at this Subway. The customer service was poor, the portions were skimpy, and I was not asking for extra. I was only asking for the correct amount that is supposed to come on the sub. They did not give the proper amount of cheese, barely put any chipotle sauce on the sub, and seemed irritated when I asked for more condiments. They even skimped on the veggies. I only saw about four pieces of spinach on my footlong and barely any onions. When I asked for more, she got mad. To make matters worse, while I had my hand out waiting for my receipt, she tossed it into the bag instead, which came across as rude and disrespectful. She also appeared to be the manager or supervisor, since she was directing everyone else and was the only one putting condiments and toppings on the subs. Customers should not have to pay full price for less food and poor service.
