    We ordered some shakes and they REEKED of cigarettes and they even tasted like it too. I couldn’t even finish it and it was so disgusting. It was a delivery and I’m guessing whoever dropped it was smoking in their car but who knows.

    I’ve consistently experienced long wait times at this Sonic location, and the machines rarely seem to be working properly. It’s disappointing and frustrating as a customer. I hope improvements can be made to enhance both the speed of service and the reliability of the equipment.
