  Katy Highschool Theatre came to this location and the service was amazing. They got our 29 orders in very quickly and efficiently. Their store Manager Nettie was super helpful and offered to do a spirit night for us. We are looking forward to coming to this location again!

  I had a terrible experience at Smashburger. I waited 27 minutes for my order, only to be given the wrong hamburger—and on top of that, the staff had a rude attitude when I pointed it out. What made it even worse was seeing a group of students who arrived about 10 minutes after me get their food and finish eating before I even received mine. That’s completely unacceptable and shows a lack of organization and customer care. Between the long wait, incorrect order, and poor service, this was a very frustrating experience. Definitely not what I expected, and I won’t be coming back.

  This was our first time eating smash burgers and they were quite tasty, the place doesn’t look like much on the outside but the inside is such a nice place with good staff and good food.

  You wouldn’t think a place called Smashburger would get shrimp right, but man… they were hitting. That Scorchin’ Shrimp basket was legit. Then they broke my heart and told me it was a limited run for Lent and it’s getting 86’d. Damn shame. that needs to stay on the menu. It was shrimpin’. Now, I’ve got two gripes, and they have nothing to do with the people or the food—the service was top notch. These feel more like corporate decisions. First gripe: the way the food is presented. The wire baskets look cool, but they’re not practical. There’s just a sheet of paper between your food and the table or worse, your lap, or your belly. I’m not a messy eater, but that burger was so stacked that once I pulled the pick out, it fell apart and made a mess. I don’t think I’ve ever used that many napkins on a burger before. Still a damn good burger, just messy. Second gripe: and I can’t believe I’m about to say this… there was too much bacon. Yes, I said it. Too much bacon. Even for me. That Colorado Burger was very bacon-forward, and the combo of bacon + burger was just a lot. Flavor was good, don’t get me wrong—it was just a lot. And yes I know I paid extra for the bacon as it doesn’t come with it but something bout pepper jack cheese, grilled peppers just screamed add bacon so I did. Overall: great service, good food, bring back the shrimp, and maybe rethink the basket situation.

  Came to try the shrimp basket with a coupon. It was really good! When she brought me the food we actually found out that the sauce has horseradish and she saved me from having an allergic reaction! Super caring and friendly.
